This Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") ensures that all customers enjoy a fast, reliable and fair internet experience on our shared fiber network. It applies to residential and standard packages. Our Business Dedicated (No FUP) plans are explicitly exempt and provide guaranteed, unthrottled bandwidth.
1. Purpose
Our packages provide unlimited data with no fixed monthly caps. The FUP exists only to prevent a small number of users from consuming a disproportionate share of capacity in a way that degrades service for others.
2. What "Unlimited" Means
You may use the internet for normal activities — browsing, streaming, gaming, video calls, downloads and working from home — without worrying about data caps or per-gigabyte charges.
3. Reasonable Use
Activities that may fall outside reasonable use include operating high-traffic commercial servers on a residential line, large-scale continuous peer-to-peer distribution, or reselling the connection without authorisation. Where sustained usage significantly affects other customers, we may temporarily manage traffic during peak periods to protect overall network quality.
4. Network Management
We may prioritise time-sensitive traffic and apply proportionate, temporary measures during congestion. Any management is applied fairly and is lifted once normal conditions return. We will not throttle a customer arbitrarily.
5. Business & Dedicated Plans
Customers requiring guaranteed symmetrical speeds with no traffic management should choose one of our Business Dedicated (No FUP) plans, which are not subject to this Policy.
6. Notification
Where your usage repeatedly triggers this Policy, we will contact you to discuss options — including upgrading to a dedicated plan — before taking any action.
